  • Customer Support: Responding to queries, complaints, and formal dispute submissions;
  • Service Improvement: Analysing aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve the re789 platform, user experience, and game offering;
  • Legal Compliance: Meeting obligations under re789's operating licence, responding to lawful regulatory requests, and maintaining records required by applicable law;
  • Marketing Communications: Sending promotional offers and updates to players who have opted in to receive such communications. Players may opt out at any time.
Marketing Opt-Out. If you no longer wish to receive promotional communications from re789, you can opt out at any time through your account settings or by contacting re789 support. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect the processing of your data for other lawful purposes.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

re789 does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. re789 may share personal data with third parties only in the following specific circumstances:

6.1 — Contracted Service Providers

re789 engages third-party service providers to perform specific functions on its behalf. These include KYC and identity verification providers, payment processors (including JazzCash and EasyPaisa), fraud detection and AML screening services, customer support platform providers, and IT and cloud infrastructure providers. All such providers are contractually bound to process personal data solely for the purposes specified by re789 and to maintain appropriate security standards.

6.2 — Legal and Regulatory Requirements

re789 may disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or courts where required to do so by applicable law, by court order, or by the requirements of re789's operating licence. re789 will notify the relevant player of any such disclosure request where it is legally permitted to do so.

6.3 — Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of re789's business, personal data held by re789 may form part of the transferred assets. Players will be notified in advance of any such transfer and of any material changes to how their data will be processed as a result.

6.4 — Aggregate Anonymised Data
