In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "re789" / "Platform" / "Operator" refers to the re789 online gaming platform operated at re789.net and all associated services, products, and content.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses re789 in any manner.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual through the re789 registration process.
• "PKR Wallet" / "Balance" refers to the Pakistani Rupee (PKR) denominated funds held within a Player's re789 account at any given time.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player using supported payment methods, as distinguished from bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account by re789, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which re789 verifies the identity, age, and other relevant particulars of a Player.
• "Game of Chance" refers to any casino game, slot, crash game, or instant-win title on re789 whose outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• "Sports Bet" means a wager placed on a sporting event or outcome via the re789 sportsbook section.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity listed in Section 10 of these Terms & Conditions.

By creating an account on re789, making a deposit, or accessing any game or feature on the platform — whether via desktop, mobile browser, or any other interface — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional terms applicable to specific promotions, games, or features offered on re789 from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of the relevant promotion only.

To be eligible to register and use re789, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

To access real-money features on re789, you must complete the registration process and create a single Account. The following rules apply to all re789 accounts:

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one re789 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified for the same individual, re789 reserves the right to close all such accounts and to withhold any balances pending investigation, in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani phone number. re789 is entitled to request additional documentation to verify any information provided during or after registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your re789 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. re789 support staff will never request your password. Any activity conducted from your account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to re789 in advance of such activity.

re789 is obligated to verify the identity of account holders under international gaming licence requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly and credited to your re789 wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to clear, subject to your bank's processing schedule. re789 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your re789 account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on your account status and verification level. re789 reserves the right to decline any deposit that appears to be inconsistent with your normal account activity or that triggers an AML alert.

By depositing on re789, you confirm that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source, belong to you personally, and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. re789 may request evidence of source of funds as part of enhanced due diligence at any time.

re789 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. re789 is not responsible for any fees levied by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed by re789 to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on your account, subject to the rules set out in this section.

To be eligible to withdraw from re789, your account must be fully KYC-verified, your real money balance must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold, and there must be no pending investigations or security holds on your account. Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been completed in full.

re789 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals to JazzCash or EasyPaisa typically arrive within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to five business days depending on the receiving institution.

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Current limits are displayed within your account settings. re789 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments over multiple business days at its sole discretion.

re789 charges no platform fees on withdrawals. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their own payment provider. In cases where re789 incurs transaction costs from its payment processors in connection with a specific withdrawal, re789 reserves the right to pass a reasonable portion of such costs to the player, which will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

re789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

All bonus funds credited to a re789 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, maximum bet per spin or round during wagering, and bonus expiry date are set out in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

re789 operates a zero-tolerance policy in respect of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in ways specifically designed to exploit terms rather than engage in genuine gaming activity, and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is identified, re789 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, close the account, and withhold associated balances pending investigation.

re789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to have provided false information, or who are otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions, are not eligible to claim bonuses.

The following general gaming rules apply to all real-money activity on re789. Individual game rules are provided within the respective game interfaces.

• All casino games on re789 use certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The outcome of each game round is genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by re789 or the player.
• Bets placed and accepted by the re789 system are final. re789 accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error by the player.
• re789 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome in the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in odds or game configuration. In such cases, the relevant stakes are returned to the player's wallet.
• Sports bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as displayed within the re789 sportsbook. Cricket and PSL markets are settled according to official match results as declared by the governing body.
• re789 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts for individual games or markets at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on re789. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register a duplicate account;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using re789 for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise manipulate re789's software, games, or systems;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their explicit authorisation;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing re789 staff or other players;
• Making chargeback requests in bad faith or fraudulently disputing valid transactions.

re789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player that are found to be invalid;
• Player request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion);
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

In the event of account closure for a breach of these terms, re789 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where no breach is established, any real money balance will be returned to the player via the most recent qualifying payment method, net of any applicable fees or outstanding bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements.

re789 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from the Account Settings section of every registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit ceilings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be lowered with immediate effect or raised after a mandatory 24-hour cooling period;

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the re789 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, copying, downloading, distributing, or commercially exploiting any re789 content. Any unauthorised use of re789 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, re789 excludes all liability for:

re789's total liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable under re789's international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be referred to re789's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, the player must contact re789 support in writing via the platform's live chat or the official support email, providing full details of the dispute and the outcome sought. re789 will acknowledge formal disputes within five business days and aim to resolve them within 30 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through re789's internal process, the player may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under re789's operating licence. re789 commits to cooperating fully with any such independent review.

re789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, re789 will notify registered players via the contact information held on their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the re789 platform, no less than seven days prior to the amended terms coming into effect.

Where changes are required urgently due to legal, regulatory, or security reasons, re789 may implement such changes with immediate effect and notify players simultaneously. Continued use of the re789 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
